(1)機(jī)油容量不足。柴油機(jī)正常工作機(jī)油容量，應(yīng)按機(jī)油標(biāo)尺刻線規(guī)定隨時(shí)檢查添加，若機(jī)油容量較少，機(jī)油吸油盤吸收容量將受到影響，從而影響柴油機(jī)機(jī)油的供應(yīng)。

(3)軸瓦與軸頸配合間隙過大或過小。間隙過大(超過極限值):故障一般發(fā)生在新機(jī)或大修后柴油機(jī)投人使用時(shí)間較長。機(jī)油壓力腔不能形成，機(jī)油壓力降低。間隙過小:故障常發(fā)生在新機(jī)或大修后柴油機(jī)。
